EXECUTIVE SAFETY (OPEN TO THE PUBLIC)

This program is specifically tailored to the executive and individuals travelling abroad. It is therefore of paramount importance that such an individual acquires the necessary knowledge and skills to provide for both his/her and their family’s safety in a potentially dangerous or emergency situation. WE believe that this training is critical to executives who may, at some time, need to protect themselves. THE FUNDAMENTALS A presentation of the basics rules of personal security, including guidelines that can increase personal safety. TRAVEL SECURITY What policies and procedures need to be established to insure the safety of company employees while traveling? We will discuss air transportation, both commercial and private, hotel security and security precautions while living or traveling in a foreign country. USING THE INTERNET Students will learn to use the Internet to increase their security awareness. Information such as travel warnings will be reviewed. CASE STUDIES Students will review case histories of successful attacks against executives. Students will learn how the target was selected, and how the time, location and method of attack were chosen. SAFE HAVEN/DANGER ZONES In most situations environments factors in the areas of the home and office dictate security. Students will learn to select locations along the route to and from work that afford safety and security. We will develop contingency plans and determine what actions to take in the event of an emergency. ATTACK RECOGNITION Pre-incident indicators precede almost all personal attacks. These indicators are not that difficult to identify. Students learn what to look for and where to look for it. VEHICLE VIOLENCE The student will learn who, what, where, when and how of vehicle violence. Emphasis will be on the ingredients necessary for a successful vehicle attack. OVERVIEW OF SURVEILLANCE Students review case histories of successful surveillance. They learn how targets are selected, and how the most suitable time, location and method of attack are chosen. INCREASING OBSERVATION SKILLS Surveillance detection should not be left to chance. Students learn the techniques of accurate observation and understand the psychological factor REQUIRED GEAR: • Hand held flashlight. (ex. Surefire 6P) • Solid Barreled Pen (ex. Steel or Aluminum) • Eye Protection. (Meets ANSI Standards) • Pen & Paper or Some Form of Note Taking Material.
Class Transfer: With 48-hour advance notice of event date we will reapply your deposit/payment to another class of your choice. Cancellation Refund: Full refund will be issued, if no transfer is possible, but ONLY if we are notified of the cancellation up to 48-hours in advance of event date. No-Call/No-Show: Participants who do not show to the event without prior 48-hour notice forfeit their deposit.
