Customer Security

Our credit card processing service is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for our customers to purchase from our site. TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure. TLS is the industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers. Additionally, we do not use third party payment services (i.e. Paypal, Stripe, Square) we have our own safe and secured payment service.  

 WE WILL CONTACT YOU AND YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO VERIFY ALL PURCHASES. PLEASE 

   MAKE SURE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IS CORRECT TO AVOID ORDERS BEING CANCELLED.   

Payment Information

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Simply follow the checkout process, and enter your credit card information as requested. Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. We only accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. This transaction will be processed just like a credit card.

Declined Payments 
If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. Your card will not be charged, and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card-issuing bank removes the authorization. This usually happens within 2-5 business days. Your card may be declined for the following reasons:

  1. General decline - This is usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit-limit issue. Contact your card-issuing bank for further details.

  2. AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch - The billing address you entered during checkout does not match the mailing address associated with your credit card billing statement.

  3. Card code mismatch - The 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the back of your credit card, or front for AMEX, does not match what was entered during checkout.

Third Party Sales

We don't sell at Amazon, eBay or other Third Sites not under our control or secured.

CHINA MADE PRODUCTS

We will not carry or sell any Chinese made products. Currently, we will face out Chinese made products from our Pro-Shop. 

Sales Tax

We are required by state law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of California. Sales tax rate for Los Angeles, CA is 9.5%. 

OUT OF STOCK

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued. Most out of stock items are in stock again within 1-3 weeks.

SHIPPING & FULLFILLMENT

Due to the high volume  of orders we receive daily, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing. Standard lead times for back-ordered items is between 15-20 business days from time of processing, however that period may take longer.If this period will be longer, a member of our team will contact you. We will do our best to to meet all shipping requests, and orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. You will receive an email containing all your order and tracking information once your order has shipped.  You can track your package and find an estimated delivery time using your tracking number through the carrier’s website. PTKSMFLA will not ship or sell any RESTRICTED ORDERS/WEAPONS to the State of California. RESTRICTED ORDERS/WEAPONS will drop ship outside of the State of California to other States only. Please feel free to contact us with questions or concerns regarding the status of your order.

Authorized Reseller Programs which require retailers to register and receive vendor authorization to distribute and sell their products. These programs are developed and administered directly by the manufacturers and all inquiries regarding their policies, program terms, agreements and approval status should be directed to them.

PTK-SMF Los Angeles Training Policy

Any Race, Color, Nationality, Sex, Age, Martial Arts Style, Religion or with any Handicapped condition are welcome to train in PTKSMFLA Training Courses. 

TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Class Transfer: With 48-hour advance notice of event date we will reapply your deposit/payment to another class of your choice. 

  • Cancellation Refund: Full refund will be issued, if no transfer is possible, but ONLY if we are notified of the cancellation up to 48-hours in advance of event date. 

  • No-Call/No-Show: Participants who do not show to the event without prior 48-hour notice forfeit their deposit.

++ STUDENTS WHO EXHIBIT ANY UNSAFE BEHAVIOR OR FAIL TO ADHERE TO PTK-SMF LOS ANGELES SAFETY

RULES WILL BE WARNED AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM CLASS AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND ++
