INTMD/ADV STUDENT SMF TRAINING
Our focus is on teaching the fundamentals of weapons manipulation, strategy, and tactics utilizing a systematic progressive learning approach. We'll start warm ups with a focus on footwork and move on to partner drills and technical sparring . Single stick, knife, etc. Any experience level welcomed.

You will need only three (3) items of equipment to begin training. (2 Rattan Sticks, 2 Rubber Knives & Safety Glasses) You will need to purchase some limited additional equipment once you gain more proficiency & skill.
